After the demo, I am interested in playing. What would be a reasonable thing for us to do?

Play. I will play for bennies :P
Maybe a quick game Monday if some of us are early. |

Yes, Anthony that is something Jake Fawer and I were discussing.
But beyond that, i guess a number of people in the past have discussed a number of options but nothing really happens, within the confines of Decatur Gamers at least. Maybe I need to set up a meeting for those interested to discuss. I really don't want to be spending a bunch of money, and if we do a tournamet of sorts...where we go in and split a box of whatever...then I may be better of waiting for that. |

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, stay far, far away from anything with the word "Collectible" in the title...

We can toss around ideas Monday. I would be up for sharing a box of boosters.

Matt, actually one can buy into this game fairly cheaply. Just don't get stupid.
for example check this out http://www.google.com... cards come out to being 1.8 cents apiece. Five people could go in on this and for $11 have enough cards to build 5 full decks. |

Just sayin'. I've done Collectible games. If you want to pwn, you have to pay. I'll never again do a Collectible game of any kind.

I'm most interested in FFGs Living Card Game a Game of Thrones. Non random card packs and no rarities. And based on some sweet books.

I have to agree with Matt on this one. I've been there done that with both Magic and L5R. Sharing a bundle of cards with friends works very well until you play with someone new and they bring in some cool new cards and kick your butt. Before you know it everyone is saying "let's pick up just ONE more box". Lol
