The owner of Clockwork Pizza said that we could use their restaurant as a venue. I will call him to discuss details, but I need some input from the group. Things like - what day of the week should we play? Should this replace a "Game Night" or be in addition to our current gaming schedule. Keep in mind that we will NOT be able to satisfy everyone's schedule needs. But I'd still like to hear your thoughts, comments, and suggestions before moving forward. Thanks.

I'd suggest we use it once as an additional night first and see how it goes. We can pick a weekday when it would benefit them to have the extra business. We buy a couple pizzas and drinks and play games. Unless Jerry was blowing smoke up our butts, he said we could stay past closing time and play to our hearts content.

Good point. Let me revise - what date should we try to set this up for? Take a look at the calendar and let me know what might work for y'all.

Color me there. If you want our first Pathfinders game there, works for me. This is of course after the Sunday shake down character cruise

How about June 28? It's a Monday and likely slow for them. Plus, it's one of the weeks in June that we don't have anything else scheduled.

Clockwork is closed Monday, so I set it up for Tuesday the 29th.

Sounds like fun. Just an idea to spread more information about us. What about a little announcement board at the front entrance letting people know what we are playing and that they could come by and check out our games?
