I played it, just didn't really care for it. To be fair, there are only a couple RTSs I've ever liked much: the Dawn of War series, Warcraft III, Herzog Zwei, and World in Conflict.

Wow, Herzog Zwei... that takes me back.

I played the heck out of the original Starcraft and I'm very intrigued about II. But I think that it would be more fun to play with friends (true of all games).

I played the first starcraft for many hours, days, months, ... and loved it. I do plan to get Starcraft 2 just not sure when yet. I would be up for online play as well.
